Biography
Joseph S. Saladino has served as the Town Supervisor of Oyster Bay since 2017. A lifelong Massapequa resident, he previously served in the New York State Assembly representing the 9th Assembly District from 2004 to 2017. As Supervisor, Saladino has focused on lowering town debt, investing in parks and infrastructure, and maintaining quality-of-life services for the town's 300,000+ residents. Under his leadership, the Town of Oyster Bay has achieved multiple credit rating upgrades after years of fiscal challenges. Under New York's new Even Year Election Law, he will serve a transitional term in 2026 to align future elections with even-numbered years.
